The Niagara Sharpening Service Experience

Thank you for your interest in Niagara Sharpening Service, and for the opportunity to serve your needs.

I am a St. Catharines based Canada Red-Seal Certified Machinist with over 32 years of experience in metalworking.

I am a specialist in the sharpening, restoration and repair of cutting edges of all sorts, regardless of the usage. Is an axe the same as a straight razor? of course not. Having the ability to know what makes each edge unique, the knowledge of what each demands in order to perform at peak productivity levels, and the ability to execute that precision is what makes a sharpener a Master Sharpener.

Precision sharpening, grinding & honing have been my daily life for over 3 decades; this is not a sideline, it's all I have ever done.
